KITCHEN MANAGER - FULL TIME 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We're hiring for a kitchen manager to oversee the day to day running of the operations on site but also be fully involved in the brand and it's journey, future development and growth.

Experience in a similar environment (dough & pizza) is a must for this role. Salary range is between £30-32k.

Below is a list of key responsibilities that the role would involve;

  • Accountable for hygiene and food safety

  • Organise kitchen flow and equipment placement

  • Menu development and specials

  • Responsible for staff training in skills and compliance

  • Stocktaking and ordering

  • Conduct kitchen audits

  • Manage the wage percentage in line with forecast and budget, ensuring shifts are staffed appropriately

  • Manage food GP% to be in line with budget

PART TIME PIZZA CHEFS

We're hiring for a part time pizza chef to work closely with our kitchen manager & directors to carry out the day to day operations of the pizza shop

Experience in a commercial kitchen and making pizza is essential for this role, however training will be provided for all staff upon starting with the company. Starting hourly rate is £12.90, to be reviewed in April.

Below is a list of essential experience we require;

  • 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen environment

  • Experience with pizza baking

  • A basic understanding of kitchen operations including food safety & hygiene

  • Experience in a fast paced kitchen environment and the ability to work under pressure

Below is a list of desirable experience we require;

  • Level 2 food hygiene certified

  • Experience with dough preparation
